We hired James for both Critter control and to repair/replace our deck. James was very thorough with both jobs. His workmanship was very good and he worked closely to ensure that we were happy throughout the project. James made adjustments if needed without complaint. James came to work as scheduled and worked closely with us to keep cost down. He carefully sourced materials looking for the best pricing. We will definitely hire James for future home projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for critter control or handyman projects.

James is an extremely hard working and professional property manager. He can fix anything and if it is a job beyond his capability, he knows exactly who to contact to get the job done. He is very responsible and takes care of issues with the house immediately. It is extremely comforting knowing he is watching our home.
