Wade and Rick did a great job! The shadowbox fence they built is one of the nicest fences we have ever seen...so glad it's in our back yard. The existing brick wall that had to be demolished intersected the house and they did a good job of removing it without causing additional damage to the home. When there was an issue, Rick returned immediately (after hours) to address the situation and make sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. We will be using them again soon to build our patio and deck.
Description of Work: Demolished existing brick wall, built shadowbox fence, buried multiple drain tiles

Rick and Wade are both very friendly and personable people. As a smaller company they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Rick helped with every aspect from the shape to the color of the tint in my stamped concrete. His team worked diligently to finish the job before the next storm came in. The pergola and patio look great. It looks like it is worth three times what I paid.

Rick and Wade came out right away and quoted my project. They said they were very busy, but got me a quote within a couple of days from visiting the project. I also told them I needed it done right away before the holiday weekend and they worked there butts off to make sure and get it done. Quality and price was excellent, I will use them again. As a matter of fact I am having them do an exposed aggregate pad and new deck in the rear of the home in the near future.
Description of Work: Poured Exposed Aggregate on both sides of existing driveway 24" each side, also engineered and poured new concrete pad for Basketball Court.

Called the floor company to find out if they did subfloor repair. They did not but referred Rick. I called and they came to look at the hole in my floor which was about a foot round. I did not get the impression they had done a concrete repair like this one, but I was confident they had experience with concrete. He said he would have to call back with a price which he did. They were able to return the next day, which was a Saturday. His associate mixed up concrete, poured it into the hole and troweled. I inspected the job when they were outside writing up my ticket and was disappointed to see the edges had not been completely filled so there are still spots of missing concrete. I asked about this and was told the flooring people could fill and level those spots with adhesive. Had he spent 1 more minute (of this 10 minute job) making it completely level, I would have been a happy customer. Also, he "forgot" his receipt book and I was given a receipt on a piece of torn deposit slip. This is irrelevant to the quality of the work, but explains my rating for professionalism.
Description of Work: I had a water leak and the plumber had to jackhammer a hole in my slab subfloor. Grizzly filled in the hole with concrete.

The company, Grizzly Construction, are one of the worst in the business. They made my home look like an abandon looking house. They have basically stole $6500 from me because they never completed the job they were paid to do. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. I paid them a deposit of half the amount quoted in September. The work was to begin in October, when I would be out of town for work, and be completed by the end of October. By the middle of October no work was started on the house. I inquired why nothing has been started and their answer was that they were stuck on another project that was taking a little longer than expected. By the time I got home at the first of November, work on my house still has not been started. I called them to threaten to get my money back and workers showed up that afternoon to start removing siding from my house. After two weeks of SOME work being done, they ask for more money and I gave them $2000 thinking that now my house will get done. I left for work in Florida the week before Thanksgiving thinking that when I got back in April that the siding would be completed. My wife informed me, in the middle of December, that no work has been done since I left for Florida. There were old boards on the ground, a wagon full of debris that has not been removed and half of my house was exposed to the weather which is one of the worst winters in Indiana history. At the beginning of January my wife and I both tried 3 - 4 times each to talk to the contractors but to no avail. We had to get a lawyer involved to get one of the partners to at less return our phone calls. I have had 2 new contractors give us quotes to get the job done and both recommend starting the whole siding process over. They both said that things were done incorrectly from wrong nails used to flashing around windows installed incorrectly. I am still out $6500 and now I have to hire another contractor to complete the job. This contractor is unprofessional and should not be doing work on anyone?s property.
Description of Work: Remove old cedar siding and install Hardie board siding
