Every Nook and Cranny Home Inspection

Wylie did a great job inspecting my new condo before purchase. He took the time to explain everything that was in his report and the risk associated with it. He reported on things I would never have noticed like a double keyed deadbolt which poses a great safety risk. As someone new to the area he gave me a lot of helpful advice on recommended services and basic home care. I would recommend Wylie to any home buyer.

It was really good. He answered all of the questions I had. He was very thorough and friendly. He was promptly on time and very courteous. I believe he was a little bit cheaper than other providers.

He was on time and did a nice job. He went through the entire house, including the attic and garage that's separate from the house. He had the inspection report back in less than 24 hours. He discussed items of concern with my realtor and I and was willing to work with us on criticals. He also ran all the appliances during his inspection to make sure they were all working. He is also able to do the termite inspection and radon. :) He will be coming back to do my reinspection after the seller made repairs.
