Description of Work: Curtis has performed work around my home for about the last seven years, projects both large and small. Our largest project was remodeling two bathrooms on a small budget. We had to get creative. The master bath objective was to make it a safer environment . He installed grab bars to an existing shower. I needed a higher vanity so we used my existing vanity that was in good shape and Curtis was able to build a platform base to elevate it to the needed height. We added better and more fuctional lighting and fixtures. ( I have arthritis in my hands - knobs and some handles are difficult for me to operate) He installed a heat mat to the floor and tiled the floor. I now have a bath that is both safe and functional - and pretty. We did basically the same work in the secondary bath to accomodate my 6'3' son. This was the largest project done. Over the past years, I have usually made a list of small projects that need to be done, given the list to Curtis and let him schedule accordingly. This has worked well for us. Smaller projects have included replacing exterior doors, adding a storm door, replacing the trim around said doors and the garage door, replacing exterior lighting and some minor plumbing repairs (leaky faucets)
