They don't answer their phones. Have to wait days for them to respond to emails or voice messages. Came and took pictures of the damaged wallcovering & said they were going to turn it into their insurance company. Two weeks later - no follow-up from them or their insurane adjuster. This was to be a feaure wall in my main entry....and now it's an eyesore to be witnessed by all my guests.

We cannot say enough about these hardworking people who spent two weeks removing wallpaper and painting in one large family room, a bedroom & 2 hallways. Catherine and Troy were thorough & careful as they removed the wallpaper, and they did a tremendous job prepping the walls for painting. They were very meticulous in painting the walls in each room & the hallways. They cleaned & swept at the end of each day. They completed each area before moving on to the next, which made it easier to live with the upheaval of such a big job. Because they live in Arcadia, their commute (& traffic) often caused them to be late in arriving, but that is a minor issue with us compared to the qaulity of work that they do. They even came back on a Saturday to complete work they couldn't finish the day before due to a power outage in our area. We highly recommend them & plan to have them back to remove more wallpaper & paint in our laundry room & a small bedroom. We are very pleased!

SHE AND HER HUSBAND WORK TOGETHER. THEY GET THE JOB DONE FAST. SHE CUTS IN AND HER HUSBAND FINISHES THE REST. VERY GOOD. THEY ARE JUST EXCELLENT. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES JUST BEAUTIFULLY.
