+ -1 moreHe was slow but did good work. When he was finished he said that he underestimated the cost of the work, but he held by the contract. After the hailstorm he went away for awhile but came back to finish. By accident a limb fell off and hit my neighbors fence and broke it. He went out and bought a new pipe to fix it.
Description of Work: He cut a large tree down.
