Description of Work: new roof was put on my house and the old roof was stripped off. It happened quickly and without any issues. I felt the price was very reasonable for the roof. Would work with Yoder construction again.

+ -1 moreMr. Yoder also doesn't do the work but asked permission to have a family member not in his firm to call for a quote. We went with that family member and were very satisfied with the result. Final price less than the quote; workers pleasant and brisk; new siding looking fine after a winter.
Description of Work: We needed barn siding and couldn't find a specialist in yellow pages.

Description of Work: I had a leak on the flat roof over my front porch. They came and looked at the roof gave me a estimate ,which I accepted . Did the job in about 6-8 hours on a very hot July day. Cleaned it all up and were done. Not a drop of rain has leaked since. This was all done from beginning to end in 4 days.Would not hesitate to call them again.

+ -1 moreHe is very straight forward and a hard worker. He came out and had an estimate for me the next day. Stan did a great job with all of the work and had a price that was considerably lower than the other contractors I asked. The next closest price was still $800.00 more than Stan's price. I had quite a list of odd jobs and he was able to get all of the work done in 2 days.
Description of Work: They came and did quite a bit of work for me. They fixed a board in my potting shed that was rotting underneath. They also repaired the skylights in my potting shed because they were leaking water. They repaired a leak under my kitchen sink. He also fixed a problem that I was having with my fence. He came up with a great solution for the problem I was having. They installed a new bathroom faucet and repaired the toilet. He also installed beautiful ceramic tile and colored grout in my bathroom. It wasn't an easy job because I had a window on the wall. They had to put new cement board up. I have really old windows and he sealed the window up for me. He also patched the concrete steps that were deteriorating.
