Description of Work: We did not actually use this provider. We were looking for someone to install a tankless water heater which we were going to purchase. Masters told us they would only install a tankless water heater that THEY sold us, not the one we were considering purchasing. Their price was double what we were looking at. Their reasoning was part availability. That may have been a valid point, but I still felt we were being held hostage and we went with a different installer.
