+ -1 moreAs promised, the company treated our lawn for the summer of 2013. Their product did green up our lawn and killed weeds, but did not thicken the grass and at the end of the summer we still had several bare spots-which had been our main problem. We had been assured treated lawn would grow to fill in bare spots. When this didn't happen, we cancelled service for the summer of 2014 both in writing and via a phone call. In the spring of 2014 my husband treated the lawn himself. We returned from work the next day to discover All Green had treated our lawn as well. A call to the company confirmed the technician had seen the fertilizer we applied but he still treated our lawn. We informed them that we would not pay the bill. We were billed for the next two months, with interest and late fees being added each month. A very assertive email to headquarters finally stopped the billing. That is why I am giving them an "F" for responsiveness. I would recommend All Green for basic "weed and feed" services, but not for lawn enhancement.
