+ 0 moreAfter the laminate floor was laid, our 5 year old water heater malfunctioned and leaked water over half of the downstairs, ruining our new floor. This occurred a week before Christmas, which added to our stress level. Our insurance company was very expedient in resolving the situation, but the recommended local companies were unable to obtain new laminate to match our existing flooring before Christmas. Through word of mouth, we contacted Total Home Remodeling in Anderson, IN. Bob Gunn (owner) said he could juggle some less pressing jobs and they were able to accommodate us to replace the flooring before Christmas. They were courteous, professional, and replaced the floor in 2 days time. They were a god send when we needed it most. And quite frankly did a better job than the original. We can recommend them to anyone for a variety of remodeling projects. And we'll be using them again!
Description of Work: Bob replaced 300 square feet of laminate flooring including all baseboards and shoe moldings.
