Description of Work: I hired Stone Terrace last year thru the Angie's List Big Deal for a 120 sq ft patio, and was very happy with the result, but I knew I wanted a bigger patio. So when I saw the Big Deal offered this year, I jumped on it, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am most impressed by the way they were able to remove the edges of the existing patio and blend the stones so it looks like the entire patio was installed at one time. This time I wanted more than 120 sq. ft, and they charged $15 per foot, true to the advertisement. Very satisfied with their work, their skill, and the professionalism by Patrick and his team.

Description of Work: They Installed a stone patio. We felt that there was not clear communication between what they quoted vs the work they would start to do. We had to redirect them a couple of times. Also, they charged us more for stone that they used because they didn't dig down as quoted. The quality of the work is very good. We were happy with the outcome.

+ -1 moreGreat experience. Patrick removed an old rotting retaining wall that was approx 80ft long and as high as 5ft in some areas. They replaced the wall decorative concrete block. Great results. Many neighbors have asked for his information because it's such a great improvement.

+ 10 moreOur backyard started out as just a wooden step from a newly built home. Stone Terrace started from scratch, worked with us with a design that we had in mind and provided us with a computer generated design and estimate which was very competitive and within our budget. They worked with us to pick out appropriate stone and design and their supplier was equally helpful. Our project involved building an extension of our roof outward for a covered patio; an covered elevated patio extending from our sliding doors which included a gas fireplace, ceiling lighting and TV/audio accessibility in a stained, paneled ceiling; a lower paver level which included a firepit and steps leading out to the yard as well as covering existing concrete steps and steps flush with our existing sidewalk. This company worked closely with us on all details, was very cooperative and knowledgable, extremely flexible with the design and changes as they came up. They were detail-oriented and very conscientious in their work.They truly take pride in their work. The work area was kept tidy at all times and when the job was complete it was more than we could have hoped for. We are thrilled with our new patio, have had RAVE reviews from family and friends and multiple neighbors have been by to see it and several have requested Stone Terrace's contact information already! It is impressive and a substantial investment to our home. We couldn't be more happy with choosing Stone Terrace for our patio!!! We would certainly go to them again with future projects.
Description of Work: This project consisted of a design and estimate for a bi-level paver patio with covered roof and gas fire features. The lower patio was constructed in UniLock paver stones with steps to preexisting concrete sidewalk, paver steps constructed to cover existing concrete step, and detailed steps out to yard. The lower level also included a gas firepit (gas lines were also ran as gas was not previously at the home). The upper level of the patio was constructed in pavers with a covered roof which joined the existing roof and included shingles, gutters, stained paneled roof, TV/electrical outlet/audio accessibility, ceiling can lights and fan. The upper level was built up to create a flush walkout from the existing sliding doors. The upper level also includes a gas fireplace. Finally, the project was completed with grading and seeding of the yard surrounding construction.

+ -1 moreWe have used them before as well. They were outstanding. They were very nice. It took a while to get them here but when they did, they worked very hard in getting the job done. They would be fighting weather and things like that. So, we were kind of tongue in cheek.
