+ -1 moreLance has a core team of two excellent craftsmen, Nick and Brandon. They did the bulk of the work. Electrical, plumbing and dry walling were done by subcontractors. All of the subs did great work too. All worked until we were totally satisfied. This was our first experience with a major remodeling and had no idea of the daily crises, unforeseen and quot;gotchasand quot; and such that go into these ventures. Lance and his guys were always flexible and managed to handle every emergency like it was no problem. Great tile work, great cabinet installation. Very pleased.
Description of Work: Total remodel of master bath, guest bath and kitchen. Extensive tile work throughout.
