My carpet is 30 years old but they cleaned it the best they could. I think there price is a little high. Like I said my carpet is so old so it's really not associable. I have used them for the last three or four years.

They were good. I've had them several times. They were very professional.

Stanley Steemer were a lot more hurried than another provider and the carpet didn't look as good. One of the things that kind of upsets me when the do the upholstery is they use their water then do it here, that's fine except for sometimes he was going so fast it was going all over my entertainment center or down under the walls or it got under the furniture and I'm real picky about that. I do it even myself and I do my best to not spray it all over the room when I'm doing my sectional or my chair. It was a little frustrating to me. They don't get in the crevices of my upholstery like another provider does. They are punctual, the show up when they say they will and the people were really personable. They were really nice and friendly so I didn't have a problem at all with the people. They were a little cheaper than Edmonson, not a great deal but cheaper so if you're looking for a less expensive, it would probably be my second choice but I did have to have them back out after they were here the last time because I had areas that they obviously did not touch at all. I have light beige carpet so it's really easy to tell and I have some streak marks on my carpet so I did make them come back to fix those. Obviously, they were in a hurry and they just totally missed areas had I not had a beige carpet, I probably wouldn't have known but it was quite obvious hen it dried exactly where they had lay in their equipment and that was frustrating. The people were great just that the service is not. If Edmoson goes out of business or if they run a good enough special, I will use them again. They weren't that much cheaper considering the job difference.

Everything went well, they were professional and I was satisfied. My carpets look beautiful!

They do a fantastic job. They were very careful about not letting the dogs out the door when they were getting the equipment into the front door. They did a good job, and they did the job very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

They were professional and fast. They were on time. They did all the work from 9 to 11:30. I would use them in the future.
