Sam Roberts Plumbing

Sam and his partner did a great job at redoing a water heater installation for me. I was impressed that he answered his own phone and got out to give me an estimate the same day. The estimate was more reasonable than others I got. He returned my call quickly, later in that same day, when I was out picking up supplies and had questions. He showed up the following morning right on time to do the job. They did an excellent job. I will use him again in future jobs and will refer him to others. I see why he has mainly 5-star reviews, which is why I called him in the first place.

He arrived on time, took care of the work quickly and professionally, all at a reasonable cost.

I've used Sam in the past for installing new plumbing in the home, new sinks, new washer drain and any other issue I've had when it's come to plumbing. The problem I had was with a blockage in the sewer line and Sam was quick to respond. He did a great job as he always has.

The job went very well; he was punctual, professional, and completed the work in under hour.

Mr. Roberts was very professional and friendly! Right on time for the project, which, unfortunately, ran way over due to all the problems he discovered in the crazy plumbing job that had been done prior to us owning the house. He displays an immense amount of knowledge in his field as was made obvious by the final product. I now feel "very secure" that our plumbing in this home is done correctly. Mr. Roberts made it known what if anything should be needed in regards to his work, to not hesitate to call and he would correct anything, if necessary. Sam fixed a leak for us under my bathroom sink. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional in his work. He was very prompt with the work and was punctual with the appointment. I plan to use him for all my future plumbing needs.

This was the third job that I had Sam do for us and as always he did a fabulous job and will only have any plumbing work done to my house by Sam.

He arrived on time and quickly assessed what was necessary to fix the water heater. He ended up having to go pick up parts for it and proved his integrity and work ethic while out. When the job was finished we gave him a check and was able to go back to work, and best of all, came home to hot water! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we will keep his phone number in case we, or anyone we know need anything else!

While attempting a do-it-yourself shower upgrade, I ran into a problem with the older plumbing in the house interfacing with any of the newer shower faucets available for purchase. Since this was a Saturday night I didn't want to call a plumber, but finally gave up getting it working myself, so I had to do it. Called around a few places and Sam was by far the lowest price. We set up an appointment for Sunday morning and he showed up right on time. Sam was very friendly and professional the entire time, took care to explain everything he was doing, why he needed to do this or that, and even explained why the previous homeowner had (probably) done some of the crazy stuff I was seeing. The whole job took slightly longer than he estimated over the phone, but he only charged me for the estimated time. We have another bathroom remodel in our future, and I've learned my lesson on do-it-yourself plumbing. Before he left, he even took a look at my project room and gave a quick estimate and some advice on how to tackle the updates I have planned. I will be calling Sam Roberts Plumbing instead of picking up a pipe wrench when that time comes.

Sam arrived and performed all the work as expected. He took extra time to make sure framing for the washer outlet box was in place. He also reused some existing insulation in the attic for the new water lines. Very pleased overall.

Sam explained every step of the process and was very respectful. This is Sam's second job for me and it will certainly not be the last as he is to replace our water softener next week. If you are looking for a quality plumber and who does a good job at a reasonable price then you need to call Sam Roberts plumbing. I do not hand out compliments to people who do not deserve them but I will tell you this Sam is the man you need to call for any plumbing problem and it will be done right,on time and will give you a good price hands down. Don't waste a phone call, give Sam a call because he will treat you right!

He answered the call and arrived on the time that he specified. Sam inspected the problem and gave me an upfront quote. I will be doing business with him again the future.
