They did a same day service. They got the job done completely and very neatly cleaned. I believe they are locally owned and operated. You deal with the owner. There is nothing they could have done better.

They were good. They were on time, they were courteous, and they did their job. I wanted them because they worked for us at the company I work for, and we have always been really happy with them. They always responded very quickly. They did what they needed to do and I felt like they focused on the problem. They gave me a couple of suggestions, but they didn't push me to do anything. A couple of them had come in to the company I worked for and they looked pretty bad, but for what they have to do, I don't think they can look good.

They did an excellent job, and were reasonably priced. They also came right away when we needed them.

Called him that night and he lived close by so he came by, gave estimate, said he would have a crew out by 8 am and they showed up on time and were done by 10:30am.. Extremely happy with service and price.

They were going to tare out one wall and replace a small bathtub and separate shower with a tub/shower unite and put a closet where the shower was originally, replacing floor, toilet and vanity.. While taking out the existing tile on the walls they put holes threw and into the other sides of the room destroying walls in my hallway, and two bedrooms. They then decided that my bathroom needed to be completely gutted and took out the other walls and floor. This was done and they said it would take 2 weeks instead of just the 1 week to complete my bathroom, I did not have a bathtub or shower to take a bath for 2 weeks. It took the drywall man 9 days to hang drywall, (not greenboard) then another week to tape. He did not even finish the mudding and sanding well enough to finish. This whole process has been a nightmare. I wanted a professional job done and in a fast time so I did not have to deal with it. It turns out that I was the person that finished the drywall and sealing and painting of my bathroom. I have a hard time reaching the shower head to adjust it and also have to stand on my toes to brush my teeth because the wrong size vanity was ordered without my knowledge.I will never call Royal flush for anything again.

They are easy to get, very reasonable, and do a good job. We have been using them since 2008.

Drain was fixed

They had to come out a second time within three days because there was a water leak. They had missed a cracked pipe that had to be replaced. They were very nice about it. The plumber was very nice but he missed the cracked pipe in the first place. They said they would call before they came over and they didn’t.

It went well. He went right in and fixed it. The price was reasonable.

Everything was great. I had no problems at all, and they worked through some difficult issues. They did a great job of respecting that it as an older home and remained respectful to the character of the home. I was very happy with them and would certainly use them again.

The job was done within estimate and on time as promised within the tight timeframe. Workers were efficient resourceful and quite competent.

THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE SPOT, THEY ALSO OFFER OPTIONS AND ARE VERY INFORMATIVE. THEIR COSTS ARE VERY REASONABLE AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT AND VERY EFFICIENTLY. THEY ARE GREAT TO DEAL WITH AND THE WORKERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
