ROBIN'S CARPET CLEANING

Robin's came less than an hour after they were called. They vacuumed all standing water and carpets that were soaked. Ran industrial size dehumidifiers until moisture was under control. They came later and cleaned all the carpet that was in our house. This was inclusive in the price of removing water. They were prompt, fast, efficient and gave our house and contents the same care and concern that we would. Cost of all work was covered by our insurance company.

I use Robin's Carpet Cleaning every 6 months to clean my carpeting. He is always thorough in his work and gets all of the excess water out of the carpeting so that it dries within 24 hours.

I have used Robin's carpet cleaning 6 - 8 times to clean my wall-to-wall carpeting. He and his associates have always done an excellent job. One of the reasons I especially like Robin's is that my carpet is especially thick and it is difficult to extract all of the water. Robin's equipment is able to extract the water so that the carpet isn't soggy and dries quickly. He also, if you tell him the type of stain, will remove most types of stains from the carpeting. I had paint and plaster stains on my carpet, and I cannot see where those stains were now that the carpet is cleaned. Also, I don't have to be home to meet Robin. He went into my house without anyone being there and got the job done. He and his associates are completely trustworthy.

I liked that it was a family business. They did good work. They were very personable.

Robin, as always, did an exceptional job. He and his partner arrived on time, took care to protect the walls and woodwork as they cleaned, and were finished in an appropriate time. The house looked and smelled great!

They were very professional, quick, and thorough. I felt it was a very reasonable price.

ROBIN AND COMPANY CAME TO MY HOME WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF WHEN HE SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL, WERE ABLE TO REMOVE OLD STAINS FROM THE CARPET. THEY MOVED AND REPLACED THE FURNITURE EXACTLY AS FOUND. THEY PRESERVED MY FURNITURE, WALLS, AND WOODWORK WITH NO MARKS OR NICKS. THEY ALSO REMOVED MOST OF THE WATER FROM MY VERY THICK, PLUSH CARPET. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED BY ROBIN'S QUALITY OF WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM. HE WILL DEFINITELY HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME HE HAS CLEANED FOR US, AND WAS EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, AND TIMELY YET AGAIN. EXCELLENT!
