 + -1 moreWhen I called to ask the owner for a reference, I was concerned to find that my property measurement was coming up short per my deed. I asked if there was a visible area on the street to find his pin. I had found the pin to the west property line. So, I was worried about the missing feet that I came up short. The owner of the company came out in the rain to show me where his pin was. The one on the road was missing, so he showed me one that was into a tree line and that's when it all made sense and my missing property was found. The owner of the company was very professional and didn't talk down to me at all. I was impressed with his professionalism and his demeanor.
Description of Work: I was having a problem locating my survey plot from my neighbor's latest survey and when I started measuring from where I thought the survey started, I came up short. I called the Owner of Precise Land Surveying and he came out to help me locate the surveyors markers.
