I have moved and I am in a new area and I didn't have any other references other than Angie's list and I wanted to hurry up and get somebody in here and I have used Merry Maids before when I lived in another state so I just decided to try them. Mainly, I like the fact that they just come in, they bring all their equipments and all their supplies, they do their work and they leave.

I think they do a very good job. They always know what they have done on a particular day. If I have a problem, I can call them and they will come out and fix it. I do not have any complaints about their service. They are really good. They charge $80 for every two weeks.

They come every two weeks to clean. They are really thorough. They clean great. I grade them A's across the board.

I am really happy with them. I would use them again in the future.

We had just purchased this house and wanted it thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. We drove 90 minutes to let them in to get this done. Two young women from Merry Maid arrived on time, brought their own cleaning supplies, one of them reviewed a few of the details with me. We left while they cleaned and returned approx. 2 hours later. It smelled cleaner. The lead girl said she had trouble with one of the blinds that was actually broken. I should have looked things over better before they left, but since we had a detailed list, I didn't imagine they would actually not do it all. Later I found the broken blind was actually cleaner than some of the other blinds. The sliding glass doors had a huge cobweb in the corner, the blinds on it weren't clean. The bathrooms and some areas of the carpet weren't cleaned around the edges. The ceiling fans were not dusted at all. The kitchen appliances were only half done. I called Merry Maid to tell them of my disappointment. They offered to send someone back out, but I refused the offer. In the midst of moving, I didn't have time to reschedule and as the old saying goes, if you want something done right, do it yourself.

I will definitely call them again. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They brought all of their own cleaning equipment and supplies and I didn’t have to do anything. They arrived on time. They called before they could come just to make sure that it’s till on. They did a good job. Their price was very reasonable too.

They come every other week. They do a good cleaning. and change the sheets on our bed. I hardly ever have the same person but----they seem to keep good records for the next person.I just reciently had to suspend their services because of a remodel projuct but will have them back shen it is done. I have had an item broken but they did give me money to replace it.

It was good to get another data point but I did not select them to provide service because of the price.

They are always prompt and punctual. They complete the work in good time. They are pleasant enough. They do a good job. So far, they have done work that we have asked them to do and we don?t have any complaints with them and their work. We?ll continue using their services.

Merry Maids are very prompt and their quality has a little bit to be desired. The price is very fair and I feel that they could be a little more thorough.

They have two people come and do dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, showers and tubs. The one thing that I do like is that they check in with us to see how they are doing and that they schedule way in advance.

Overall the work performed has been satisfactory.

It was wonderful. Three ladies came out. They really did a great job.

THEY DO NOT SEND THE SAME PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME, SO THE QUALITY VARIES GREATLY DEPENDING ON WHO COMES. THEY BANG YOUR WALLS AND TRIM WITH SWEEPERS, AND HAVE CAUSED DAMAGED TO A DINING ROOM CHAIR THAT WE HAD TO HAVE FIXED. THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS CAREFUL WITH YOUR THINGS.

THE LADIES WERE PLEASANT AND DID A FINE JOB. THEY ALSO HAD ME CHECK BEFORE THEY LEFT TO BE SURE I WAS SATISFIED. I AM FROM MICHIGAN AND NOT USED TO PAYING THESE KINDS OF PRICES FOR HOUSECLEANING. HOWEVER, I DID NOT HAVE A COMPANY DO MY HOUSE, I ONLY HIRED INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE FOR 10 YRS WHO CLEANED EVERY WEEK.

THEY DID NOT CLEAN WINDOWS AS CONTRACTED. THE GENERAL WORK DID NOT SEEM TO BE THOROUGH. THE CREW QUIT EARLIER THAN AGREED UPON. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THE WORKERS ARE TOO FAR REMOVED FROM THE SALESPERSON! STAY WITH A MOM & POP.

ESTIMATOR WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE EXPLAINED THE PROCESSES AND PRODUCTS USED BY MERRY MAIDS AND PROVIDED REASONABLE ESTIMATE ON THE SPOT. FIRST VISIT (INITIAL CLEANING) WAS EXCELLENT AND THOROUGH. FOLLOWED UP WITH PHONE CALL TO CHECK WHETHER I WAS SATISFIED.

I ENJOYED COMING HOME TO A CLEAN HOUSE. IT WAS GREAT. THE MICROWAVE WAS FORGOTTEN, AND THERE WERE STREAKS ON MY WINDOWS, BUT OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

VIRGINIA AND DEBBIE THE CLEANING TEAM, WERE VERY GOOD AND VERY FRIENDLY.

TWO LADIES CAME AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED OUR HOUSE. SPECIFICALLY, WIPED DOWN ALL BASEBOARDS, WINDOW SILLS, DOOR FRAMES, ETC. THIS TOOK THEM LESS THAN 3 HOURS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY THOROUGH. THEY CAME IN AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED THEIR JOB WITH VERY VERY LITTLE DIRECTION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MERRY MAIDS TO ANYONE. GREAT JOB.

THEY WOULDNT SEND JUST 1 PERSON AS PER MY REQUEST THEY SAID THEY DIDNT DO IT THAT WAY, THEY ALWAYS SEND A TEAM , DIDNT DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. WE CHECKED COSTS FROM OTHER COMPANIES AND FOUND THEM TO BE VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND ACCOMODATING OF OUR SCHEDULE. WE WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.
