They were great . They fix my water in the sink. I would recommend this company again.

Everything went better than expected. Eric was absolutely great - not only did he get the job done (going above and beyond when there were additional complications), but he offered a lot of practical advice to make sure we didn't have any problems in the future. Based on this interaction, I will absolutely call McConnell's for any future problems. I may have. The cost was below what I was expecting given the circumstances and amount of work that was done.

Because this was a home warranty job I did not choose the a/c repair company and only paid a $65 service fee, and the warranty company paid the rest. The a/c unit obviously cost more than what I paid. From the start McConnell was very responsive to my job order. Eric McConnell came to diagnose the problem, then worked with the home warranty company to get approval for the new unit and replaced it when he received it. Very professional and friendly. He said they come to Carmel and Indy for a lot of their work, so don't let the Anderson address stop you from hiring them. I will definitely call on them again if needed.

They are just wonderful people. I highly recommend them. I would use them first for any project if I could.

The office staff returned our request for service quickly. They scheduled service for the next day and the technician showed up on time. Initially they repaired our water heater by replacing the thermocoupler. Worked for a week, then the water heater stopped working again so the gas valve was replaced. All the service was done through our home warranty so our only out-of-pocket costs were the $65 for the initial service charge. Technicians were helpful, punctual and very professional!

They are very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling an appointment is very easy. They are not the cheapest in town but they give high quality work.

He was the son to the owner. he was knowledgeable, professional and put on his shoe covers. My wife said that we will be using them again the future.

Replaced gas hot water tank, 2 under sink compression stops, and repaired shower water cartridge. Everything was done perfectly, from answering my questions (both email and phone), scheduling the appointment, and completing the work.

They arrived in a timely fashion and had the place up and running and cleaned up in just a few short hours! I would hire them again for anything heating and air conditioning or plumbing!

Removed old water heater and installed new one in less than 2 hours. Price included disposing of old water heater. Serviceman answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the installation.

We contacted McConnell because we have used them in the past. They were prompt. Upon arrival, he installed the part on the water heater. However, the water heater continued to show an error code. He worked with us as we called the manufacture of the water heater company, which then determined we needed another part to be shipped out. The plumber understood the situation of being without a hot water heater so he arranged for us to call someone to come out on the weekend to install the part for us as soon as we received it. After we got the part, we contacted McConnell again and they came out and installed the correct part for us and ensured everything was working. He was able to get it fixed rather quickly. We appreciate that they were willing to go the extra mile and come out on the weekend to fix this. They also did not charge us for the extra trip on the weekend. We would certainly use them again.

We were directed to use McConnell Plumbing Heating by the company that had the Homeowner's Warranty policy that the sellers purchased when we bought our home. We had used another HVAC company to diagnose the problem with one of our AC units. Although we were contacted soon after filing the claim, and were able to exchange pertinent information and photos for the part to be ordered, it took several followup calls to get the repair scheduled. On the day of our appointment (scheduled for first thing in the AM) no one arrived. After waiting out the morning, I called to check on the status. Office personnel were not able to locate the service technician. They called back later to inform me that he had gone to service another customer who had no AC working, but would arrive between 12:00 - 2:00 pm. I rescheduled my afternoon and had to miss an important appointment. Upon arrival the service technician (Chuck McConnell, owner of the company) went straight to work without an apology. The work was completed professionally and all of my questions were answered thoroughly during the process. The unit has been up and running and I am confident that the work was completed professionally and with high quality. I did finally receive an apology for the delay and inconvenience at the time of payment of the deductible. Parts and labor would have been approximately $1,400 without the coverage from our Homeowner's Warranty policy. I answered and quot;Noand quot; to the question - and quot;Would you use this company/individual again in the future?and quot; for 2 reasons - (1) the company is not local to the area; and (2) my schedule for the day was shown not to be a concern to them. That said, I believe Mr. McConnell is very knowledgeable and experienced and does high quality work.

We are more than satisfied with the work that was done we are very pleased. The work was done very professionally, with excellence and efficiency. Even with the homeowner (me) hanging around talking and asking questions, Chuck McConnell did an excellent job, at a very fair price. McConnell Plumbing will be on the contact list of our phone from now on, for any plumbing needs we have.

There are very prompt to respond to calls. They are also very professional and make sure to take care of the job very quickly. We have no complaints.

I noticed water on my garage floor. At first I thought it was snow melt from the car. Further investigation revealed the water was coming from the water heater, somewhere inside the unit housing. I studied the plumbing contractors available. Angie's list made it a simpler and more confident decision. I chose McConnell Plumbing for these reasons: 1) The company was small and within my county and town. 2) There was only one report on the company. It was a positive report. I figured that was okay because it is a small company. 3) The owner of the company had invested in a website and maintained a blog there. I read a few entries to get a feel for the man. What I read suggested I could trust him. When I called the company office, I was warmly received by the receptionist who was very motivated to help me solve my problem. Because I was uncertain as to the exact severity of the water leak, I asked if someone could come by and take a look. (I was hopeful that the leak might be fixable.) The owner showed shortly after the phone call. He confirmed the water heater needed replacement. A new heater was ordered and delivered to the plumbing company the next morning. My new water heater was installed the next business day, with the truck arriving at 9:00AM as agreed. The experience was very positive and trouble free for me. I had been wanting to find a plumber for other projects in the house. I just did not know who to call. McConnell Plumbing has my confidence. I will definitely use them again, and soon. I have used other plumbing companies' services over the years. This is a company I can trust and feel confident re-using their services.

Very well. We made the call on June 3 and he came out on June 8, minus the weekend that would be a 3 day wait. We did not indicate needing him sooner, but in the past he has come sooner.

He is very professional. His staff is very nice to speak with. They always show up on time. I find them very easy to work with. They are very trustful.

Cost includes 2 hours of labor plus trip fee. They were ready to go. Very flexible to come out in the time frame I needed them. He worked quickly and promptly. Would definitely use again in the future.
