Jim turners son was lead on the installation and his professional installation and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. Jim even went so far as to match the outside vent to my existing tank-less water heater vent. very happy with the family feel from all of the employees

He set up on time. I like to watch when I learn and that didn't bother him all. His daughter was his receptionist so it has a family feel to the company.

I am very wary when I have people come out to my house to do any job. However, Jim Turner (the owner of the company) was really honest. He walked me through what was wrong. He made me really comfortable. I have recommended him to a couple of my family members since then. The work cost me $169 and $69 for labor. He was really personable and very honest. He helped me understand what the problem was without asking me to replace the entire furnace. He tested a couple of areas with his electric meter and told that the bearing was bad. It was not allowing the air to go by. He explained it all; it was perfect. I was very happy with him. He came out within an hour after I had called him. It was very cold outside. So, I had thought that it would take him a couple of days to come out. I was really happy with his service. I would hire him again in the future.
