+ -1 moreHenry is a nice person and tries to do a good job. We had a pretty difficult problem to fix and he wasn't able to follow through with completion of the job. For minor sprinkler problems he would likely do a good job.The problem is that he said he would follow through with our job but didn't.

+ -1 moreIt turned out pretty good. I was out of town when they did it and I would have appreciated a call. When it comes to a sprinkler system you have set the timers when the thing would come on and all of that. I guess I should have followed up and asked them, but it would have been cool to get a phone call to say they are finished and asked if I have any questions. The settings on how the sprinkler system was set, came to be a little overkill. I had a lot of water. When I got back it was very oversaturated.
Description of Work: I have been using a Big Deal for Henry's Sprinkler Systems & Maintenance. They turned on my sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreThere was a lack of communication and he did not have flexibility in scheduling. He would not return phone calls and when I did reach him, he said he would call when he is in the area. When he did call, he would say he is in the area and could be there shortly but we were at work 30 miles away. We ended up cancelling the deal.
Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for a Full Sprinkler Tune-up.

+ -1 moreWe have had nothing but pleasant dealings with Henry. He and his partner did a great job installing and programming the system at a very fair price (we received quotes from two other companies). After about a month after the installation, we had a problem with one of the sprinkler heads not retracting into the ground and Henry came out right away and fixed it at no extra cost. We are very happy with the company and the irrigation system!
Description of Work: Installed whole-yard irrigation system (7 zones) and programmable controller.

Description of Work: Henry helped fix a leak that had been driving me crazy for months. He was able to locate and repair the leak in no time at all. He also cleaned up a few heads that were performing poorly. He spent a few hours working very hard and charged a very reasonable fee. He was very professional and did great work! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest help with their irrigation.
