+ -1 moreMy husband and I had been looking at fireplaces for several months. We had been to other fireplace shops, but were most satisfied with Hanlon's. They took the time and effort to help us find what would work for our room and our budget. We had our fireplace installed into our home just two weeks after we had visited the shop the first time.
Description of Work: Troy was extremely helpful in helping us determine which fireplace would be best for us. He took the time to answer our questions, quote us prices, and show us many different options. The shop has a beautiful display room with several different fireplaces and log sets. The customer service was excellent. We have since bought a stainless steel outside grill from Troy as well. Again, there were many grills on display in the shop that we were able to view first hand (rather than just in a catalog) before purchasing. We found not only the customer service to be wonderful, but the quality of the work (installed the fireplace into our home), as well.
