The work that they did was fine. They were polite & professional while they were here. Their communication has been extremely poor. They would be anywhere from a half hour to several hours late. They scheduled one appointment in June that they didn't show up for or call. Then it took me over two months to get a response from them. I had to go through a third party & threaten legal action. They avoided & ignored my phone calls & messages. Their last visit was Aug 16. They were supposed to check back in after we got rain, which they have not done. Once again they don't answer their phone when I call, and they have not responded to my messages.
Description of Work: They extended the downspouts & rerouted them away from the basements. They scraped the basement walls down, bleached them, then coated with KILZ. They guaranteed their work for one year. They came back a few months later to scrape, bleach & recoat. The problem has resurfaced.
