+ 0 moreDennis was picked out of jest. Very informative - much knowledge and experience, just a little higher in price. He understands rentals - I was out of town and called again to drain water. He was told by renter about a problem with garbage disposal. He took care of that too - very good.
Description of Work: Partial roof tear-off. Replace piece of sheeting. Replace vent boot. Add vent for exhaust fan.
