Defiance Detail and Power Washing

This was the 2nd time we've used this company to wash our windows, we typically wash our windows annually. We worked with the owner Brandon. As they were washing the windows, I noticed the exteriors were left pretty wet, Brandon explained that these drip spots do evaporate. I travel a lot for work, and although had wanted to do sooner, time got away from me with Thanksgiving etc. Sitting with my wife watching some television this morning, I finally decided to reach out and explain that that drops of water on the windows never went away. The company's response was there was nothing they could do about it since it's been 30 days. They said that it was most likely recent precipitation, which I guess makes sense. What doesn't make sense is that several windows that are protected from weather, for example under a covered patio, as well as a covered front porch, also had lots of water drip residual. This company refuses to stand by their work, Even after I showed photos.

They had good communication with me throughout the whole process. They came when they said they would. They were friendly and professional and my windows look great! Would highly recommend them.

This was not just a power wash - it was a removal of rust stains from hard water used by a sprinkler. Brandon kept me in touch throughout - was true to his cost estimate, when he would arrive, when he left or was done. Very gracious when I had to reschedule. They arrived on time with text ETAs & the right tools to complete my gutter cleaning efficiently in 1 hr. 1 man blew out the gutter & the 2nd rinsed it then walk was blown off; for $225. Brandon and Austin did a great job cleaning our windows! We just had new carpet installed, so they were very conscientious of that and being careful not to destroy my flowers on the outside of the windows. I will hire them again!

They cleaned out gutters and removed a birdâ s nest. They arrived promptly and were very professional. Both men worked hard and made sure the job was done properly. All gutters are now flowing freely. Thank you!

Brandon responded to my email within 12 hours. He was able to power wash our house and deck the next day which was amazing! He and his team did an excellent job power washing the house siding and deck taking extra care to protect our plants, garden, and flowers. They moved all the deck furniture and put it all back when they finished. We were beyond pleased with the results! Our deck is 24 years old and they brought it back to life and looking so clean!
