We had to go to the Better Business Bureau in order for him to come back and fix it. He did eventually come back make the repairs. I would not use him again. The experience was not good. This is one of the reasons that I decided to join Angie's List because I do not want to have to go through something like this again.

The company gave me an estimate and it sounded like a good deal. He asked for a deposit for materials which we did give. About a month later he informed me that someone quite and he was not going to do the job. He did refund the money. I feel it was very unprofessional and not a good way to operate a business.

You're silly to go with anyone else. They were the least expensive out of anyone, and didn't give me any trouble with my insurance. I've never had such a good experience. They were perfect in any way.

I requested that he let us know when he would be coming because of the security system - he did not do this. He told me he would do the siding work the next day. He didn't show up to do the work and weeks went by. I called and his wife answered and I finally got in contact with him. Dane came the following Monday and put the siding in the driveway. He did not do the work and weeks went by again. I called again and he said he be out and I requested he let us know when he was coming because of the security system - he did not again. Only 4 of the 6 window wraps were replaced. I called him back and He got confrontational (language) with me but said he would come back and finish. After some time he finally came back and did an awful job on the last 2 - leaving dents, and the caulking looked terrible. I questioned the work and he stated he didn't care about my job because he had plenty of others. He was unprofessional, didn't care about quality, and was not customer service orientated.
