Dannie and his brother were able to provide us with consecutive days of weekday and weekend service with very short notice in order for us to meet timelines for our renovation project. Work involved a great deal of drywall repair, patchwork, and skim coating of a bedroom wall and closet and an entire one-car garage. Dannie worked with our timelines and budget. They also did a great job cleaning up and protecting already finished surfaces. I was very pleased!

We needed to have several areas around doors and ceiling edges repaired due to separation and cracking. We also needed several areas of our ceiling patched/replaced due to some old water damage. Dans ability to match patterns in several areas was very difficult in my opinion and he exceeded my expectation in doing so. The drywall that was replaced is seamless in appearance and matches completely. We also wanted a pocket door between our breakfast nook and family room to provide some privacy. It was a difficult fit into a confined area. The job involved removing some drywall to facillitate the installation and that all was replaced expertly as well. We now have toe privacy we wanted with a professional appearance door. We are very happy.

It went very well. See above for detail.
Description of Work: Dan worked in two rooms in our home. In a bedroom where we had removed a built-in unit of drawers, cabinets and bookshelves over 11 feet long, Dan had to apply drywall mud over three days to get the area that had been covered up, built to the present level on the rest of the wall and a little bit of the adjacent one. He drywalled in two places around an electrical socket that we discovered was in a big hole behind the cabinet. We had one socket removed and the other one moved down lower to match the hight of the electrical socket on a nearby wall. We removed the wallpaper ourselves before Dan came. He covered the furniture and carpet with plastic and hand-sanded the walls. I watched him work and he did not cut corners. He was very exact in cutting and measuring the dry wall. He taped it and swished mud over that. He dried it with a hair dryer and gave another coat. He worked within my budget. He really uses care and is meticulous as he completes his job. He is very kind and considerate and a top-notch pro. He has had 30 years of experience. He told me he can do a complete remodel: installing drywall, ceramic tile, laminate and wood floors; he even has a roofing crew. I can't say enough about him. In the second room, utility, he removed a water damaged ceiling portion cutting all the weak part out and in another place on the ceiling where a laundry chute had been, he again removed the "patch" we did and did it right. He scraped off the texturizing portion and spread mud up there and stamped it with his brush to create the same pattern that was originally there. Just so pleased with his work and in contacting me every day to get started. He is a very hard worker with a great attitude and lots of know-how. He insists on doing the job right and gets to it. He's very good about letting you know what he is doing, when he will return and the process it takes. I admired his work and his method.
