+ -1 moreI asked them to call before they arrive and they did this. I appreciated that greatly. They came out and were able to fix the issue right then and there. As he was working on my water softener, he explained every step to make sure I knew what exactly was going on. They come well prepared; he had salt in his truck and he was able to fill up my water softener.

I have been very pleased with their new product. They were punctual with the service and they did a nice job with the installation. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves and hauling all of the old parts out. The price seemed to be about the going rate.

Description of Work: We rented a Culligan Anderson, IN softener for over 15 years. When they tried to fix it they used some chemicals and the chemicals accidentally ruined our water heater. Culligan Anderson gave us over $200 rental credit to pay for the heater. We now rent another softener from them.
