Description of Work: I wanted billing and a detailed list of channels with descriptions in print for ADHD challenged home resident. Although initially they didn't understand the purpose of my request, they went above and beyond setting up a large type description of services and costs, programming details, channel numbers, etc. These will arrive regularly.
