Tommy and his crew worked an entire ten-hour day to complete the job in one session. They covered all furniture, moved items carefully and cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly and professional.

I was very pleased with the work. The owner was very interested in doing the very best possible work. He consulted with me on various occasions to be sure of what I wanted and called me after the garage had been painted to make sure everything had been done properly. Very fair pricing.

He was very responsive in performing the job correctly and to my satisfaction. The external home had never had two colors to distinguish the trim. The home looks like it was just built. He was very professional and easy to work with. He keep me informed of his schedule and also worked with my schedule. I actually had to cancel the original start date due to a conflict and he simply pushed me back to the next week. From start to finish, it took only 7 days to complete the job. He started on a Thursday and finished next Thursday.

I received bids for this painting project from three different contractors, Tommy Rothel being the last one to bid. I felt comfortable with Tommy right from the start and decided to give the job to him. I am glad that I made that decision. Tommy and his crew did an exceptional job. Before going into detail, I want to make it clear that I did not know Tommy Rothel and had no knowledge of his painting company prior to finding his reviews on Angie's List. ---Quick to respond to my initial phone call and came to the house shortly thereafter to look over the work. Gave a bid at the first meeting. Later I changed the scope of the project and again Tommy was prompt in meeting and revising his bid. ---Communication throughout the process was prompt and professional. Tommy thoroughly explained what would be involved in each aspect of the project. He was open to input from me in regards to special concerns that I had. My phone calls were answered every time. No voice-mail tag. ---The project began with a power wash after which Tommy waited for the surfaces to thoroughly dry before applying paint. Once the actual painting began the project was completed efficiently. They stayed on my job until it was finished, did not bounce off to other projects. ---I was not at the site while the work was in progress. But my Mother reported to me that she was very pleased with the efforts taken by the crew to cover and protect items from possible paint splatters. Clean-up after the job was excellent. Tommy and his crew were courteous and professional at all times. Overall this was a very positive experience. And trust me, I can be very picky when hiring and working with contractors. But I would highly recommend Tommy Rothel and his crew without hesitation.

Tommy and his crew, two on this job in addition to Tommy, did a great job. Powerwashed the house, let it dry; did trim work, and body paint. Two coats on everything (three in a couple of stubborn places). He kept receipts on all materials costs and presented them to me at the time of billing. The house looks far better than I expected it could! He painted everything! Even the chimney, and its trim--looks great!

I check on other estimates and their pricing is reasonable. They are good. I would recommend them to others. They had a flyer in the neighborhood.
