+ -1 moreI paid him up front for the materials, which I shouldn't have done. He started this job and about 2 and a half months later he still had no completed it. He kept giving me excuses he didn't have enough help or emergencies but something was always wrong. I told him at that time, I have had it and I wanted some of my money back. He would not give me any money back and said I actually owed him more. What he did do wasn't correct. 2 junctions of the flex duct going into the trunk line, were not secured properly. He left much of the duct work laying on the ground and hooked up one section completely wrong therefore I wasn't getting any heat in one bedroom. Also, he didn't insulate any of the metal as he said he would.
Description of Work: He said he would install all new black flex duct where the old gret duct is now. Also, install metal duct where the duct board is and new line around the basement and all metal would be wrapped.
