This is the second inspection mr Ferguson did for a home I was buying in last three years years. Excellent work was done at both times. He takes time to go over everything, is extremely through and I appreciate when he sits and goes over the whole reports.

He helped us to understand current problems that needed fixed and problems that may pop up in the future. He is professional and friendly and we are incredibly happy with the work he did! He took appropriate pictures and explained everything thoroughly. He caught some roof damage that was not obvious, even to the seller, and saved us a lot of money because we didn't have to pay for the expensive roof repair. Cannot say enough about how great the service was!
