They were amazing! When we first called, it was before a holiday weekend, and they came as fast as they could. Once the problem was found, we weighed our options, and were never pressured to decide on which way to go. New furnace was ordered, and Paul personally brought heaters to our home to keep us warm over the weekend. As soon as the furnace was available, the promptly brought it to our house, and quickly installed it. The techs were personable and knowledgeable! Love our new furnace! It works efficiently and more quietly than our old one. Couple days later, Paul personally stopped by to thank us for our business! What business does that anymore? It was so touching! Love the company, the workers, and their product. Won’t call anyone else.

first time they came say the drain was stopped up. and it was fixed . Charged 135.00 Water still was leaking from ceiling. Came out second time moved some drain pipes but noted the a/c needed to be reset and leveled. No charge for this trip. The third time they sent two guys who figured out what the problem was and tilled the drain pan and a/c unit. Charge 340.00 for this time. My only problem was ,that they charged me the 135.00 for the two times that they did not fix the problem. This resulted in more water damage to the ceiling and floor by no fixing the problem the first two times out.

The staff of Bullocks are professional and responsive. They call before they arrive so you know they are on their way. They do a great job and, if there are problems, they address them.

They were on time and did a good job.

I would give them an A overall. I would use them in the future.

In the city you need to have a permit to have a furnace installed, and I did not know this. The company didn't do this either. I was informed by a general contractor that this was installed very sloppy. A few years later, I had gas leaking from the furnace. I had someone come fix it, and he too commented on how bad the install was. I did have this guy install a new furnace for me. When I contacted Bullock about this to make this good, they sent me a letter from an attorney stating that my vents were not maintained and I never called them with the problems during the years past. So it ended up my error. The problems with the install was they didn't seal the PVC piping, they were just shoved together. There were open joints and all the air was not running through the furnace was from the basement and not from outside. Because of this gas was leaking in my home. I am lucky I am alive today because of that.

They were very courteous, taking off their shoes inside the house, they made recommendations during the process that didn't cost much. They have been helpful explaining the new thermostats.
