The low cost fix works perfectly which saved several hundreds of dollars in repair costs or a few thousand if we had to replace the entire unit. We plan to replace the unit soon but were able to avoid a big cash outlay during a time it would have been financially difficult to do so. I would highly recommend Talbert HVAC because of his experience and ability to provide practical solutions.

Excellent no problems except the AC need gas. He said he would have an estimate for me and he did with in a week with several options layed out in it.

Over all I couldn't be more satisfied. We have a couple of rental properties and have used many contractors. It takes a long time to find good ones and Joe is one of the good ones. Joe showed up on time, was very polite and professional. When he got into the job he found some other problems like the drain line was orginally poorly installed. He went and got other materials and fixed it that same day. At the end of the day when everything was working great he gave me the bill and to my pleasant surprise he honored his orginal quote. TELL ME WHERE YOU CAN FIND A CONTRACTOR LIKE THAT!!. I plan to use him for all of our properties and would recommend him to all our friends and family.

Every visit/instance has been handled more than professionally. He has always showed when he said would, been upfront about setting proper expectations, giving good suggestions that would meet my different needs and desired results regardless of what would earn him the most money. He won't always tell you what you want to hear, but he'll tell you what you need to hear. He's very fair on pricing, especially since he's so easy to work with. He knows what he is doing on everything from furnaces to boilers to radiant floor heating. I have recommended him to everyone I know who could use his services. My uncle is in the business, but not the area, and he also says I've found a good HVAC serviceman to stick with. I wouldn't call anyone else for my rental property or my own home.
