Description of Work: We used Water Tight for several different plumbing issues, including a broken sump pump and water heater replacement. They were very helpful and responsive, particularly with the sump ohm and one other repair which of course, happened over a weekend and late at night. Very cheerful and professional non-optimal hour service. Pricing was good and no issues with quality. I would use them again for sure.

Description of Work: We called Water Tight to replace a 40 gallon water heater. They were here within 48 hours, arrived at the scheduled time, and did a great job. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had a 2ed floor tub that refused to drain. Steve the owner came over and looked over the situation and we opted for rodding the pipe from downstairs and upstairs as well as replacing what pipes we could get to without tearing the house apart. That was Steve's suggestion after a careful inspection on his part. Adam and Tomas were professional,cleaned up the mess beautifully.

Description of Work: I HIRED ANOTHER PLUMBER FROM ANGIE'S LIST WHO BLEW ME OFF AND NEVER SHOWED UP. I CALLED THESE GUYS AND STEVE JANIS CALLED ME BACK WITHIN 5 MINUTES AND JAMES WAS AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN ONE HOUR LATER TO INSTALL OUR TOILET.
