Description of Work: Plastered the lower level. Plumbed in a shower and sink. Helped fix a leaking pipe.

+ 0 moreA huge chunk of our plaster ceiling collapsed due to water damage caused by an improperly installed air conditioning unit. My husband, who arranged for the repairs, was impressed with Al Petree's experience and knowledge, and his recommendation to repair the plaster ceiling rather than remove it and replace it with drywall. By following his recommendation, we were able to save time and money versus our other options and also maintain the quality and integrity of the house. Their work was flawless; you'd never know that there had been a gaping hole in that ceiling.
Description of Work: Petree Plaster repaired our living room ceiling after extensive water damage. They removed loose and damaged plaster; installed new lath and applied a full coat of plaster in an 8 x 12 area where plaster had fallen; skim-coated the rest of the ceiling to match; and prepped and primed the entire ceiling.
