+ -1 moreMy husband uses them ALL the time for various car pieces, as he likes to restore old cars...so it was only natural to use them. This process was a little pricey; but the color/type that I chose had to be ordered(in a min. quantity)as it is not a common finish and a custom "dip" was also required. The process was great-we stopped by and I talked about what I was looking for(not shiny, not black, and not smooth!)and they helped me find a sample and that was that. It came in quickly and we had our railings within days! When we subsequently had window boxes made, we also used them for the same finishes.
Description of Work: After having wrought iron railings made, we had J & J powder coat the finish on 41 feet of railing($25/ft with blasting). Including a second coat($500). The railings were done in a Chesnut color($324)with a matte sanded finish(see picture).
