+ -1 moreI had a couple of visits and have been pleased. The only thing I would like improvement on is communicating when the visits will be scheduled. This would help me know when I should cut the grass or other outdoor events.

+ -1 moreI have an acre lot. I would give them a B+ on price. There are cheaper services but I've been sticking with them. On responsiveness they do the scheduling. So I don't know if that would not apply. They come out 7 times a year. They come out on their own time but they don't wait too long. On punctuality they come out about the time it needs to be done. I used to do it on my own, but like I say I've got an acre lot so it's a lot of work to do. They come out about the time I'm thinking it's time for them to come out. Their professionalism is very good. I'm retired so I'm at home but the guy does knock on the door to let you know that he is there so he doesn't spook you or anything. Their staff is very courteous. I've got a 4-season room so I can occasionally get startled. We have electric meter readers going through the backyard that you occasionally get startled because you're not used to seeing somebody walking through your backyard. There's nothing really that I think they do well or should improve on. They do have their thing if you have problems with anything they're willing to come back out and fix it; which I've never had an issue. So say they spray for weeds and you end up having weeds pop up they will come back out and re-spray. It was originally $110. They upped it 2 years ago. I shouldn't say that because I've had comparable services I've contacted. They're like $99 so it's not really that outrageous.
