Rees Concrete

Initially the job was satisfactory. However, beginning last year pieces of concrete began to flake off of the driveway and the patio, leaving holes and blemishes throughout both areas. The patio is multilevel, and is dark gray in color. The holes and areas where it has flaked off are very visible and unsightly. The problem will only get worse over time as rain and snow/ice will collect in the holes and freeze/thaw creating further damage. I contacted Rees early this spring for them to take a look at the job and make recommendations on how it could be fixed. I spoke to them and/jor left messages 5 times within a 75 day period, beginning Mid April of this year. Finally in frustration I sent an angry letter to them threatening action. At that time I received a call advising they would have someone stop and look at the work, and get back to me with a recommendation. A person did leave their business card on our porch the week after that, but no other communications have been received by them, either via mail, email, or phone call. I believe I have exhausted all reasonable alternatives in getting them to address the situation, however their actions have been to just ignore the defective workmanship and materials.
