Description of Work: My furnace would fire up and not kick on. They came out promptly and told me it just needed to be cleaned up. The repair lasted one day and it shut down again. The second time they replaced the broken part.

Description of Work: THEY CUT A SECTION OF PIPE AND ATTACHED A NEW PIECE OF PIPE TO BYPASS A BROKEN WATER SOFTENER. THIS JOB TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES, BUT THEY DID HAVE TO WAIT WHILE MY WIFE SPOKE WITH ME ON THE PHONE TO DECIDE WHAT TO DO. THEY SENT TWO PEOPLE FOR THIS INCREDIBLY EASY JOB, AND CHARGED RIDICULOUS RATES FOR TWO PEOPLE. THIS 10 MINUTE JOB (THEY WERE IN OUR HOUSE FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES) COST ME OVER $500! I HAVE TRIED WORKING WITH THEM, BUT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. THE PRESIDENT OF YORKVILLE FEELS THAT PLUMBERS DESERVE TO CHARGE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS PER HOUR. THEY ALSO TRY TO PRESSURE YOU INTO BUYING INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT ($4000 FOR A WATER SOFTENER!). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
