Not well. She requested we negotiate the price first. Part of the consideration was a pool table which she stated the buyers did not want and requested closing date in late June. Immediately following the price agreement, she stated the sellers want the pool table and can't close in June as they will be on vacation till 7/1. When we went back to increase price relative to changing closing date and of course the pool table-she informed my realtor that she was going to tell the buyers I changed my mind and wanted a higher price. She had no intention of sharing with them that she poorly communicated both the closing time frame and request for pool table (2K value) Very unprofessional in my opinion. We thought she was going to botch the deal so in the end I agreed with original price.
