Description of Work: The salesmen came to my door stating I would not have to pay any money and my insurance would pay. Regardless as to how much the ins pays I would pay nothing. When I received the check from my insurance they were very pushy about getting the check as fast as possible so they could start on repair on the roof.. after they received my money they stated I now owed money and would not return my money. According to their contract they would give me back 65% but gave me only 35% stating I cancelled. When in fact I was misinformed stating I would not have to pay. Bob was the person I spoke with stating he was the owner. He stated I had to wait 2 years to get remainder of $ in case I changed my mind. I stated there was no way I was going to change my mind and Bob hung up on me. I continued to call them and BOB kept hanging up on me. No work was EVER done. Nor was my $ ever returned.
