David is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable about all things "IT", which I am not. Whenever I have a problem with my computer, I call David and he always answers his phone. I have used him for something as simple as mapping a new printer which took him about 10 minutes to do. I also had a problem with my laptop running slow. I described the problem to David and he said I probably had a virus. I brought the computer to him and he was able to remove the viruses and return my computer the same day. My computer was a few years old but now works like it is brand new. So whether it is something really simple like mapping a printer or very complex, like recovering data from a crashed harddrive (I have seen him do this). If you have been told by someone else that your problem cannot be fixed and you need to buy new equipment, call David first. He always answers his phone. He is available to provide telephone support as well as onsite repairs. He also will pickup and deliver your equipment that needs to be repaired. His turnaround time on repairs is fantastic!
