My Wife and I had just returned home from the hospital with our newborn baby on the start of a very warm week, only to find out that our AC unit wasn’t working. We contacted Cedric from CPR Heating and Cooling and he wasted no time coming out to diagnose and quickly fix the issue for us. The next day Cedric followed up with us asking how everything was working and making sure we were alright. We will absolutely use CPR Heating and Cooling for future services.

The owner, Cedric Payne, was quick to give an estimate and thoroughly backed it up with his service and professionalism. The old heater was dismantled, area cleaned, and new heater installed in very little time. He walked through the instructions and all the details about the new heater. After they installed the heater, they promptly installed a new valve under our sink and a shut off for our outside spigot. Once complete with the multiple projects they cleaned up and then went through the entire project again, inspecting and insuring that the work was to their satisfaction of which we liked the fact that they didn't just complete and leave. This attention to detail is what makes us happy to recommend and would definitely request service from them again.
