+ -1 moreIt took a long time to get the design but the designer did an excellent job. The contract for installation has an indemnity clause so if All Property gets sued for any reason you the homeowner have to pay for their lawyer and pay any judgment. Unlike virtually every contractor I have worked with, they will not protect you from suits brought by their employees against you. Also if they end up paying a worker’s compensation claim their insurance company has the right to sue you. It is one of those things that doesn’t happen often but you can lose your assets including your house if it does. All other contractors just added me to their policy and it did not cost them anything.
