Quick and cleaned up everything. Knew what they were doing

They were prompt and courteous. They asked a few questions and answered all of our questions. We were new to fireplaces. We are both elderly...these guys took the time to explain the whole process associated with fireplaces. We had called them out to check only one of our fireplaces. I was so impressed with them that I ask them to check out our other. Their fees for checking the second fireplace was reasonable. So reasonable in fact that I tipped them substantially.

They were right on time. Very courteous. We had just moved in and had never had a fireplace before so they walked me through everything I needed to do. Will be hiring them again!

Very friendly and personable. Courteous. They protected the hearth and carpet in front of the fireplace while cleaning. In and out in 15 minutes. Little pricey. Last service I used was $35-$40 cheaper.

They were going to be a few minutes late and has the courtesy to call.

They returned my first inquiry call in a reasonable length of time and thoroughly explained the process and cost. When I was ready to schedule, again my call was returned promptly and the appointment set within a week's time. They arrived a few minutes early .to prepare, so they would be ready to goto work at the scheduled time. Again the process was explained so I'd know what to expect in each circumstances. Very nice gentleman.
