Description of Work: Needed a sewage ejector (sump pump in sewage well) replaced. Contacted Billy (owner) and received a call back - promised to come out on Monday and do the work costing between $325-$360. On Monday - we had to call them because they didn't show up. Claimed they had an emergency and would be out Tuesday morning. Again - no show - no call.

They were VERY punctual, and the clean-up was excellent. They cleaned the basement floor where they worked with bleach. The two plumbers were efficient and professional.
Description of Work: They rodded the main 4" sewer line several times to breakup and remove roots and replaced a the 4" brass plug on the clean-out (the original plug was cross-threaded when the house was built).

St. John's was prompt, fast and courteous. Would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
Description of Work: Sewage was backing up through basement floor drain. Drainage from basement sink was aggravating matter. Called St. John's late on a Friday afternoon. They were available first thing next morning (Saturday). In an hour, they cleaned out the main sewer line as well as the basement sink drain.
