We met Roger about 3 Years ago. We started by having Roger do plumbing and heating for us at 2 of our rental properties. He then proceeded to do work for my wife and I in our Algonquin home, which he did both plumbing and heating there too. Since moving to Hawthorn Woods, Roger has done numerous items for us in our new home, including but not limited to water heater repair, well tank replacement, heating problems, faucet leaks, fast hot dispenser in our kitchen, shut off valve replacements in our laundry room, explosion proof heater in our garage and many other things. We recently received an estimate from Roger for our complete remodel of our Master Bath, which includes moving the toilet, shower, replacing the current Jacuzzi with an Air bath, adding body sprays in the stand up shower, moving HVAC to new locations and many other items. When we approach this project and are at the point of needing Roger's services, we will without a doubt be having Sanitary Plumbing & Heating doing the project for us. While I'm a well-versed contractor myself and skilled in the field of cabinet making, (plumbing not being my forte') I know my wife and I will feel more than comfortable having Roger do the job for us and know he can and has been trusted in our home while we have not been able to be there. This includes his employees too. If there have ever been any concerns, Roger has responded quickly to any situation and fixed it right away. I know first hand how hard it is to find good contractors and I can say with confidence that if you're in need of any type of plumbing or HVAC services, Roger and Sanitary Plumbing & Heating is the company to call. Roger's prices are always reasonable and honest. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services that would come with a high level of professionalism and quality.
