Excellent. Everything was delivered and installed on time. Very considerate workers. Truly took the time to make sure the job was done right.

Excellent work, easy, easy, easy to deal with! Ben did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. His quote was reasonable for the work I needed. He was so neat I couldn't tell he had been there, except that the job was done. I would definitely use him again - this is what great customer service and quality work looks like.

Becuase he had done such a great job on the downstairs bathroom, it was actually a joy to use that while he was working on the upstairs bathroom. What was espcially great is taht I was really struggling finding teh right flooring - the colors just weren't right and I though I had gotten every sample even close to what I wanted under the moon. Just about at the end of my rope and very frustrated, Ben walked in with two flooring samples and BOTH were perfect! I picked one and he got me a great deal. In addition, he was able to return the the unused tiels and got me a refund on the unused tile as well. In addition, he knew I was on a tight budget so he was very thoughtful about material recommendations, construction process, etc. He alsos, frequently (as I use him for lots of projects), protects me from myself! Often I want to do somethign that might sound like a good idea but really isn't. He always find a way to compromise and give me what I am looking for while making sure everything is up to code, will last, etc. Can't imagine working with anyone but Ben.

Ben did a very good job removing our wood burning stove. He came at the agreed upon time and completed the work on schedule. He cleaned up everyday so we could still use the space after work. Best of all he came in under the amount quoted. We are using him again to do our kitchen remodeling.

Overall, it went well.

He came and tackled small jobs for me and did all very well. He would get all A’s.

They do very high quality work. The man is a perfectionist. He takes his time and really does it as perfect can be. Their price is very fair and competitive.

I have to work and travel and feel more than comfortable leaving Ben to just do the job without my oversight and make sure that he is making my home safe as well as aesthetically pleasing. I have been using him for a variety of jobs for the last year, several happening simultaneously, so developing a cost on this particular project was hard because cost of supplies and labor were mixed with other projects. What I can tell you is that he is well worth the value. DO call him, Don't be surprised if you find yourself using him for far more projects.

I contacted Old World Trim and spoke with Ben. He came out the next day and provided me with an estimate of work. There were so many small items that needed repair along with several larger items - he was able to keep track of all my requests and the final bill matched the original quote even tho he ended up doing a few extra things for me. He arrived on time each day, was very professional and EXTREMELY neat and tidy while working. His carpentry skills are awesome and I don't think there is anything that he can't do. He finished the work in a timely fashion and kept me informed of his progress every step of the way. I heard about him from a friend that had him remodel their basement. They couldn't stop praising Ben and after the work he did for me, I can see why they were so happy. I will definately use Ben again in the future.
