Ismael quickly returned my calls and was very responsive to any text message I sent him. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They came on the scheduled day, and continued every morning until the project was completed. The quality installation of the rebar was better than any we have ever seen. and the whole project went off flawlessly. Quality workmanship all around.

I contacted 16 concrete companies. Only 10 returned calls. I made appointments for 6 and only 4 showed up. Ismael was on time every time and very professional. He sent me a contract and pictures of his work prior to the job. His team was friendly and hard-working. He even returned and replaced a rotting board that had nothing to do with the patio work. This is family owed business who was flexible in working with us. The work was completed on time. Not only did we install a 20x16 patio, the old patios and brick pavers were removed. Since then we have added some stairs. The craftmanship is excellent. All within out budget.

Ismael prefers cash but doesn't say that right away and isn't so great at contracts. Getting a set start date is also difficult. He shows up randomly and doesn't call first. He did pull a permit under another business name of Ericks Landscaping. I would like to say that the inspector from the village says his prep work was fantastic. Also, the price you get quoted is different than the price he puts on the contract and you have to renegotiate.
